YOU can make a difference
volunteer at a Hospice Thrift Store, selling
quality merchandise at bargain-basement prices. Sales from these stores generate
income that helps Hospice of Marion County provide care to any patient,
regardless of their ability to pay, and supports its special bereavement
services for adults and children.
of all ages are welcome.... Hospice Thrift Stores have
a job to fit YOU and YOUR Schedule. Specialized store training is
provided. Find your retail niche at our beautiful thrift stores, where you can
help sorting through donations, serving customers in the store, or working the
cash register. There is a job for EVERYONE. Volunteers often develop special
friendships with staff and other volunteers and itís fun, worthwhile and
fulfilling. In addition... EVERYONE loves a bargain and Volunteers get even
better bargains with their Discount.
Thrift Store volunteers are vital to the welcoming and helpful atmosphere in
each store, offering top notch quality, service and new merchandise... not to
mention their monthly sales and specials, and... so many people benefit from the
revenue provided by these stores. YOU CAN make a difference. Itís a win-win!
